1. Cleaning Fee: Cleaning is already included in the booking fee.

2. Booking Deposit: Venue booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for

confirmation. Payment of the deposit confirms understanding and acceptance of these

terms. Venue availability is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

3. Change of Date: A charge of £100 is required to change the date after booking.

4. Furniture Provision: We offer a maximum of 60 chairs and 7 tables for all

packages. If more chairs and tables are required, please let us know in advance.

5. Additional Hours: Additional hours are available at £70 per hour, subject to venue

availability. The venue reserves the right to refuse additional hours based on

scheduling constraints.

6. Balance Payment: Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to the event date.

​

7. Cancellations and Changes: Changes or cancellations may result in forfeiture of the

deposit.

8. Property Damage: Clients are responsible for all damages to the property and will be

required to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

9. Opening and Finishing Times: Clients must respect the opening and finishing times

agreed upon for the event. Failure to adhere to these times may result in additional

charges.

10. Rules and Regulations: Clients and their guests must respect and follow all rules and

regulations put in place by the venue.

• Alcohol: No alcohol & food sales permitted on premises; guests may bring their own

alcohol & food.

• Smoking: No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises

Damage Deposit

A £100 damage deposit is required to secure the venue booking. This deposit serves as a

security measure and will be refunded in full provided that:

• The venue is left in good condition.

• No damage has been caused to the property, equipment, or furnishings.

• All venue rules and policy guidelines have been followed.

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in a partial or full deduction from the

deposit.
