Terms & Condition
1. Booking and Reservation:
Reservations for the photography studio must be made online.
Bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 96 hours of the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee 50%.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the booking are non-refundable.
4. Studio Access:
Access to the photography studio will be provided during our operating hours, which are 9:00 - 20:00 Mon - Sun.
5. Studio Tidiness:
Please note that if the studio is left extremely untidy a £20 clean up fee applies.
6. Shooting with Food:
For shoots including food please make sure you bring plastic sheets to protect the worktops and floor from being soiled.
7. Equipment Issues:
If any equipment is broken during the shoot please report to one of the studio managers. All breakages must be paid for.
8. Items within the Studio:
Please refrain from taking down items such as mirrors, fixtures, or pictures from the walls. If you need assistance, kindly approach a member of our team. Charges may be incurred for any damage caused by unauthorized removal of items.
9.Extra Time:
Additional time can be reserved on the day, subject to studio availability and at the studio's discretion. Each extra hour incurs a charge of £30.
